- Client Check-In forms are mandatory & must be completed 24 hrs. prior to any service(s).
(In the event of multiple bookings where it involves more than 1 person, a separate booking & consultation form will be required)
- If experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms, You must cancel or rebook immediately.
(This includes; unknown, unexpected & prolonged-recovering symptoms. If symptoms actively appear during your service(s) you may be asked to reschedule/wear a mask)
- Hand sanitization Is recommended prior to and after services.
-We highly recommend wearing a mask at all times in the salon for maximum protection against spreadable germs & circulating dust conditions.
- Please remove jewelry & loose items before being serviced unless items can not be removed due to difficulty or risky removal.
- We ask that you arrive no more than five minutes prior to your appointment to prevent over crowding the waiting area as seats are limited.
- NO SHOW’S are subject to a “missed appointment fee” which shall be paid in full prior to any future services.
